Crash diets work…but then they stop working and you rebound.
You have to accept a longer time horizon for weight-loss (6 MONTHS TO A YEAR) and adopt a viable, sustainable diet (that includes some treats) but one which calories consumed are burnt each day.
Listen to me…
…Open Microsoft word or Google docs/ calendar and make a food plan for the week (every meal + snacks). Do not make it ridiculously healthy…but moderately healthy. Then plan your exercise time. Exercise does not have to be intense…a good old fashioned walk will do…and if you find walking boring then listen to a podcast or audio book.
Now you have your plan… EXECUTE IT!
